J Peezy was born and raised in Fresno, California but later relocated to the Bay Area. As a youth, he excelled in both football and free-style rapping. For Peezy both football and rapping came hand in hand. Throughout his school years you could find him surrounded in the locker room rapping as his boy would beat box and use the wall locker for an 808-kick drum.

Once Peezy made the move to the Bay Area it was there that he quickly gained notoriety as one of the hottest rappers on the streets without a record deal! Since then Peezy has grown into one of the undergrounds most notorious pound for pound rappers. His Blend of powerful creative raw, catchy and uncut lyrics next to his story book portrayal of life tribulations, keeps listeners captivated from the first to the last bar.

Throughout the years J Peezy has worked with multiple platinum artists including Ne-Yo and former lead singer of the world renown group Santana, Tony Lindsay. He was been blessed to have worked with stellar producers such as Terry Lewis of the legendary Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. Now it is time for the rest of the world to meet J Peezy!
